When I went in to pay for gas, there was soda or some type of red liquid on the floor causing me to fall down. I asked for a report and was told they would have the insurance company follow up with me. When I got the call she took a recorded statement. You should have contacted a doctor and lawyer immediately and you should not have given a recorded statement. The best thing you can do now is contact a Personal Injury Lawyer that handles slip and falls to assist you. Most important... stop talking to the insurance company and their reps... they are not trying to help you.
