Good evening wanted to know if I was divorced in florida living in iowa can they issue a bench warrant for back alimony
also they told me she was entitled to my navy retirement while we were married she was only married to me for 8 1/2 years of it even though we were married in Norfolk va 1989 divorced jan 15th 2015 also got sucked in for 10 years of alimony recently was laid off for 6 months judge ordered me to catch up are serve 30 days in jail . also with going through mediation was a court order telling both partys not to remove any marital assets with out a court order which I never received one thing she got it all. what are my rights can I take her back and do a modification on my income my lawyer told me he doesent want to change what the judge all ready ordered. david Thomas lawyer from defuniak florida
