A massage client whom was struggling to get on the massage table in fear that she might fall i gently lifted her legs to help her. When I touch her legs she immediately stated no baby my legs. I release her legs, and her skin peeled. I applied first aide and advised her to seek medical help in which she did not do until 5-7 days later. Client never informed myself or the office of any medical issues that could cause this problem.

I do not believe that a massage person would qualify as a medical professional under Florida statutes. I do not believe this would be a medical malpractice claim. You should report this incident to your commercial liability insurance carrier and let them handle it. That is why you pay a premium for liability coverage.

It seems that your could be pursued for standard negligence, but I do not think it would fall into the realm of medical negligence

I need more information. Why are you seeking legal help. Has she hired an attorney? Doesn't sound like the case has any value from either the liability side or the damage side. If she has contacted you demanding money, tell her you did nothing wrong (she didn't tell you of her condition) and you are not paying anything. No decent lawyer would take such a frivolous claim.
