What if your child is arrested at the time the law has tampered with evidence ?

The court appointed Attorney responds, "It's not my job." Then what do I do? The police tampered with deceased body for the evidence pictures. I was first on scene and know this. No one wants to hear me. What do I do?

Your question is not very clear. We get that your child (of unknown age) was arrested for an unknown crime and that there was a dead body, which police officers tampered with in an unknown way and that it means something unknown and your child's appointed attorney responded to an unknown question with "It's not my job." Did I get it right? Good. OK. You can hire another attorney or you can ask that another attorney be appointed.

I am not sure what you're asking. Keep in mind this is a public forum when asking questions. Many attorneys offer free consultations I suggest you use that to help find a lawyer you're comfortable with.

The fact that the body was moved May or may not matter in the case. You can always get a second opinion
