My boyfriend was charged with Harassment 2nd a few months back, and was given a one year conditional discharge. We were just pulled over for our registration being suspended, which is a misdemeanor, and he obviously violated that conditional discharge. If they issue a warrant, and they bring the harassment 2nd back up, what would his sentencing be? Jamestown, Chautauqua County, NYS

He would earn 1/3 off for good time (assuming he behaves himself in the jail), meaning he would serve a maximum of 10 days.
