Where do i go to drop domestic violence charges against my husband if he has already been sentenced
we want to go to marriage counseling & work on our differences to have our family back together again.

The time for this question has long since passed. If he's already been convicted and sentenced there are no more charges to drop, the case is over.

You cannot undo the conviction, but if there is a no-contact order as part of his sentence, you can speak to the prosecuting attorney about having the court remove the provision.
