What would you expect the next lawyer to do if the Innocence Project has not succeeded? You can't expect that attorneys will step up to work for free endlessly, even after the processes for review and reversal have been tried and exhausted.

It's difficult for attorneys to work for free. Period. Contact the "Innocence Project" or a local law school to see if they have any interest in the case. Don't let your hopes get too high 33 years later. My family insists that I be paid for my labor--as does my student loan lender, landlord, secretary, etc.

Been in prison in thirty three years and even the Innocence Project can't help him. Doesn't sound innocent to me......
