Part of the roof in my apt fell in and is leaking. What type of attorney do I need?

This is a landlord/tenant issue. Any general practice attorney should be able to assist you with this specific issue. 41 O.S. § 118(A)(2) is an applicable law for your case, which provides, "A landlord shall at all times during the tenancy... Make all repairs and do whatever is necessary to put and keep the tenant's dwelling unit and premises in a fit and habitable condition." Show them that provision. If they do not make repairs after that, I would consult with an attorney and pursue legal action.
