You can have a new deed created and notarized to put her on title. There are real estate attorneys that can help you with the process. Each attorney has their own fees. You can find an attorney here on to help you with the process.

If your wife has right of survivorship, she is already on the title. Why don't you consult with an attorney and get some advice before doing anything hasty and based simply on something you read on the internet?

Youll want to make sure that it's done right. It should be about $350. Here's a legal guidance I wrote on the process needed: http://www.attorneyqna.com/legal-guides/ugc/transferring-real-estate-documents-required Email or call an attorney for the legal help you need.

An attorney would need to review the original deed when you purchased the property to see how title is held. Also if there are any mortgages, lender approval may be required before changing title. Generally speaking, to add your wife to the title, a grant deed would need to be prepared by an attorney, notarized and recorded in the county where the property is located. My office handles these types of title situations, so you are welcome to contact my office to discuss this further.
