Can I get sue
so I sent a text message with using a couple of curse words. Within the text message the two cursed words where use in this sentence "I fucken dare you" "I fucken dare you" . Can I get sue or arrested for saying that.

It is very unlikely that you could get arrested as profanity is not illegal. As for being sued, by whom? If this is part of a campaign of harassment, then maybe. If this is an attempt to cause someone distress, again maybe. Both of these are long shots, however.
