Agreed entry has been signed. Father gets 25 hours EOW, noon Saturday to 1pm Sunday. He is demanding access to child early on Saturday, July 4th, which is his regularly scheduled parenting time. He thinks he's entitled to 9am-5pm on top of his 25 hours that same weekend. Is he correct? Thank you very much.
