Dear Sir, I fled to my brother 5 years ago of the petition is filed. The petition was approved, has been transferred to the National Visa Center. Migration will take 7 years in getting a visa. I called my brother to do a non-immigrant visa, the immigration visa if I have a problem. And will receive an immigrant visa. Affidavit of Support form i134 if the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services send the valve, so you will not reject. I shall not accept or reject a -130. Tourist visa may find my brother, I, give you good advice, what to do, which I benefit

It may be possible to give you advice if you can state what information you are requesting, and what you are trying to do.

I strongly recommend that you locate experienced immigration counsel for a consultation to review the situation you describe. If the lawyer of your choice does not speak your native language, please plan to take with you to your consultation a friend who can assist with interpretation. Also, plan to take to the consultation copies of all documents relating to the case you describe. Best wishes.

It is highly advisable for you to seek a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney. It is not at all clear what your questions are through your inquiry in this forum. A one-on-one consultation would likely result in a better understanding of your questions and then you would receive direct advice from an attorney.
