Upgrade a petition to spouse of an American citizen
I petition for my husband when I was a green card holder, when I became a citizen in may this year I wrote to the NVC to upgrade my case but I have not heard from them. What should I do?

You can ask for a status update, but your best bet would be to have an immigration attorney handle this for you.

You should call NVC again, there are delays in NVC or contact a lawyer to take care of it.
