Ex husband on felony probation for FL sales tax evasion and $10K in arrears on his child support...is this probation violation?

THEFT OF STATE FUNDS $20K-100K PALM BEACH COUNTY / 10 Year probation ending 2019 with adjudication withheld -Wondering if he is in direct violation and whether or not I can use knowledge to "prod" him into paying me... I have his probation officer's number and was going to call and ask, but I wasn't sure if that automatically reported him if I was simply asking a question about his probation requirements.

Can't speak to the probation violation aspect but your proper avenue for enforcement would be to file a Motion for Contempt. Sincerely, Daniel Bachert, Esq.

The appropriate action for failing to pay child support is a Motion for Contempt. I don't know whether his failing to pay the child support is a violation of probation - you may want to consult with a criminal law attorney to discuss that aspect of the situation.
