My landlady interprets the word premises two different ways in the lease. Can she do that?

This is a nonsmoking premises, she states this means the entire property, land and house. The lease also states she has to give me 6 hours notice before she can conduct an inspection, but this time the word premises in this part of the lease only pertains to the house. She can't have it both ways. Right?

Why not? Why do you care? It doesn't hurt you. In fact, in the inspection example she only gets to inspect the house. Just the house is much less invasive to you than the other.
