what is card document production in uscis site if we properly filled for human reinstatement in i-130 for f-3. this is my online status and from the other hand they send me rfe with blue cover sheet with notice with dead line..online status is post office return your document because they could not delivery it we hold your document for 180 days .if u don't send on-line request we destroy after 180 days.i am lot of confused with this matter plse help me.

Contact the USCIS nationwide toll free number immediately. It appears you were already granted LPR ('green card"), but that the Postal Service was unable to deliver it to you - most likely because the Postal worker could not find your name on the mailbox. Note that USPS has been instructed by USCIS not to deliver any mail containing "plastic" cards to the addressee, unless name clearly visible on the address/mailbox.

Good question. Unless you also filed the I485, our guess would be as good are yours in interpreting this status.

You must contact USCIS immediately, it appears you were granted permanent resident status but the post office did not deliver it to you.
