I am fully alert and able to make my own decisions yet due to physical issues (back problems for which I take medication) my doctor thought best I be in a senior living center, here now 2 1/2 months.I have no access to my money accounts but do know my daughter whom I trusted has withdrawn $48,000 in one month. I think I have a revocable living trust and would change who I would assign as my designated person for power of durable power of attorney. What recourse do I have to make this change without being able to pay at this time? I want to leave this place but I feel my daughter has requested I remain here. They say if I have someone to live with me I could leave but she refuses to help me. PLEASE HELP ..I FEAR ALL MY SAVINGS WILL BE GONE SOON!
