If I'm being sued for a car accident, can they win a paid-off house and car, take my spousal-support, retirement fund, and SS?

I'm being sued for a car-wreck that happened in November of 2013. The person I hit sustained injury to their face and leg. This person was not wearing a seat belt, was speeding, and they found pot in the person's system. This person also has a DUI on their record. The reason this person is trying to sue me is because they found prescription drugs in my system. All were in therapeutic range and prescribed to me. If this person was to somehow win the lawsuit, could they take my paid-off car & house, take my spousal-support from my divorce, my retirement fund, and social security?
