After being represented by counsel, I have taken over pro se for breach of Note backed up by mortgage. The SoL for foreclosure ends before the trial date. I was advised to take leave from court. file a foreclosure action in the proper county and motion to take leave from that court to complete the trial for Breach of Note to preserve judicial resources. I have attorneys willing to foreclose once a judgement is ordered. Till then I am on my own, Is the above plan of action/advice/valid?
