Then contact the experienced immigration lawyer of your choice and retain him to analyze and render an opinion on your NIW approval chances. Begin by forwarding that lawyer your most recent CV/resume with publications list, awards, etc.

Your best bet is to contact an immigration attorney who would be willing to do that. It is unlikely, however, that an attorney would do that because of the liability issues involved. Most attorneys would need to control the process from start to finish because they don’t want to be accused of malpractice if they state that a letter is good and the case is denied anyway.
