I 539 Form, did not receive receipt document. Request for duplicate

I have submitted I 539 form , but did not receive receipt document in mail. I contact USCIS customer care and they provided the receipt number over phone.
Below is online status****
On May 13, 2015, we received your Form I-539, Application to Extend or Change Nonimmigrant Status, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by June 12, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to
www.uscis.gov/addresschange
to give us your new mailing address.
1. Does this mean USCIS need more documents?
2. How can I request for a copy of the receipt, so I know what actions to take ?
Please advise.
1. Addituonal documents are not requested on a receipt notice. The receipt notice simply acknowledges receipt of the petition/application and provides general information about processing. Additional documents are requested through a Request for Evidence or Notice of Intent to Deny.
2. You can call the customer service number and request a duplicate receipt.
The online status indicates that USCIS received the FORM I-539 and does not indicate that you have been issued a "Request for Evidence". You can contact the USCIS 1-800 hotline and request a duplicate receipt.
