Can I get around a traffic ticket from 700 miles away?
I received a traffic ticket for 95 in a 70 in Twiggs county, GA. Is there anyway I can have the ticket reduced and not appear in court as stated on the ticket, due to the fact that I live in NJ.

You should contact a Georgia attorney to discuss your options. You can use the avvo find an attorney search engine where you can read individual reviews and ratings. Perhaps there is a way that your attorney can waive your appearance based on a hardship, but you would have to ask about that as I am not licensed in Georgia. Furthermore, be aware that amy out of state moving violation conviction will be assessed as two points on your NJ abstract by the DMV. Good luck.
