What is the purpose of a trust when a dishonest trustee continues to be allowed to dishonor the trustor, incapable ?

trustee has desecrated and dishonored the trustor, has onset demise, the trust now irrevocable and trustee is still in charge, when trustee is completely dishonest and should be in jail . Idk why anyone would have a trust when the laws all in favor of trustee. How do I hold trustee accountable when trustor still alive, incapable. discovered huge theft recently, then to avoid being proved dishonest trustee took the trustors life. I tried to report it to no avail.
