I filed A Motion to Enforce Litigants’ Rights. I received a letter from the judge that it is denied

It is denied for failure to include a Notice of Litigants in accordance with R. 5:5:5. I did send this form E, so why am I getting denied? I filed it the first time and the judge denied because she said I did not send the entire court order, so I did this time and now she is saying I did not include a Notice of Litigants, I sent this both times. What do I do?

Without more information I cannot answer your question. However, you can call the clerk's office and ask for help. You can also try looking at the judiciary web site. You can also contact an attorney for a consultation.
