Hello again,
Unless have the right to to "follow to join" you (which might still take a long time to process), you will have to begin by filing an I-130 petition on your husband's behalf, which is the first step in the arduous road to them being able to file for their "immigrant visas" and be able to join you in Hawaii. They will fall under the Family F-2A category, which will necessitate at least a year and a half to become "current" and an immigrant visa available. Even then, another 6 months will (easily) pass until they are finally processed through the consulate and able to fly to Hawaii. Can easily double or triple these time frames if you intend to go it alone, without the expert counsel and guidance of a reputable immigration attorney, for every mistake and/or omission will set you aback by months, to say the least.
Hi, it depends on your husband's nationality but will take more two years for your husband and your daughter as they would be subject to visa availability. If you obtained an employment-based green card, then they can follow to join you, which may shorten the waiting period.
