Do I have any chance to prove innocence in Domestic case without lawyer against State when accuser lied?

I have had court. And found guilty. But have option to appeal. Accuser is ex girlfriend. She has history of drugs. And "borrowed" money from babysitter and customer at work. $1600 and hasn't paid back. Couldn't afford a lawyer. She gave lies night of accusations, asked me back home, and then called cops again. We worked together and she went to work with smile when explaining what happened to boss. And then gave completely different story to boss than what she told cops. I showed boss statement and he said she had a different story. She quit cause couldn't provide medical excuse for calling in. Told courts was cause of me. Per her request, judge ordered I attend anger management and alcohol classes. 18 months probation. Clean record regarding these things prior to meeting her. Suggestions?

the Court of Appeals is for correcting errors in your case, not determining innocence. It is very difficult to prevail at the court of appeals but without an attorney, the odds of winning at the Court of Appeals is zero.

Any appeal is going to be based on the record you made (or failed to make) at your trial. You need to timely file a notice of intent to pursue post-conviction relief, and order your transcripts just to keep your post-conviction options on the table. Your decision to proceed to trial without a lawyer has produced a predictable result. Don't make the same mistake with regard to your post-conviction options.
