Can the officers of a S-corp grant Power of Attorney to an individual?

I work for my father and the officers on the s-corp are my brother and my dad who will both be out of the country soon. I'd like to know if I can get power of attorney since we have some work to do that requires that authorization and signature.

The corporation can authorize you to act on its behalf. Notarized Minutes /resolutions can be prepared and presented to the other party to prove your authority. You may consider speaking with a local business attorney who can assess what document(s) need be prepared based upon what the anticipated needs are.

You can be granted power to act on behalf of the corporation. If you have an employment agreement, you may already have that power. Speak to a business attorney in Texas about drawing up the appropriate documents.

Yes. A simple power of attorney can be prepared. Should be relatively cheap.
