Old Judgmnet from Wolpoff & Abramson/Colonial Credit Who do I contact as they are now out of business?
Judgment in Michigan, it has been renewed and a judgment lien has also been placed on my property.

From what I understand, Wolpoff merged into Mann Bracken. It seems that Mann Bracken has closed up shop. This does not mean though that any obligation you owe is gone. A successor will at some point buy the debt. I read it may be NCO but who knows. If you filed for bankruptcy, the debt and the judgment lien, regardless of the holder, will likely be eliminated.
