What lawsuit can one pursue against a cashier who has been deliberately charging high prices?

I purchased food from a cashier and was charged higher prices than the actual cost of the product. I noticed that I was paying different prices everyday for the same product everyday. I spoke to the cashiers manager and after this the cashier stopped charging high prices. Today the manager was not present and the cashier went back to charging false prices. What legal options do i have in such a case?

Unless the purchases have been very high value items, it likely would not be cost effective to sue. If you have any evidence of theft by this cashier or this business, I would consider contacting your local law enforcement. If they are prosecuted and convicted, it may be easier and most cost effective for an attorney to assist you recoup some of your losses. If you are considering contacting an attorney, I would not delay, as your claim may be subject to a statute of limitations or other limitations period.

Mr. Livolsi is correct, it may not be practical or cost effective to sue (other than possibly joining in a class action if warranted). There are alternatives including that which he pointed out. While not "legal" analysis per se, this story speaks to the practical side of addressing being overcharged: http://www.today.com/money/overpay-what-do-when-store-overcharges-you-1D79883177.
