I had a traffic ticket that I forgot to pay and my license got suspended. I went online and paid the ticket and reinstatement fee. I got a speeding ticket the next day and got a ticket for speeding and suspended license. Just trying to get an idea of if it's just a fine or something more.

You need to make sure your license in reinstated. You need to talk to a traffic law attorney about your new tickets. Search for one here on . Call one up. Most offer free initial consultations. Driving on a suspended license is a big deal.

Really depends on what you're history looks like. Generally, they will dismiss the DUS with a plea to the speeding, and maybe reduce the speeding down a level.

You will likely want to consult with a local attorney. If your license was actually reinstated at the time of your speeding ticket but just was not yet showing on what the officer could see then you can vary likely get your driver under suspension charge dropped and just have to pay a fine for your speeding ticket.
