Hello, thanks for answering my last question, here is an update on my question if a police officer gave me a ticket with wrong name, wrong car model, wrong date of birth, wrong race, wrong age, wrong license plate number, wrong drivers license number, and the copy does not have my signature not it, in fact there is no signature at all except the police officer's, and no plea. Should i worry?

Yes you should worry. Maybe he gave you the wrong copy, but it is likely that he turned in the right information to the court. Ignore at your own risk.
Did it occur to you that he may have given you the wrong copy? That he turned in a good copy and that it could go to warrant if you ignore it?
You should get an attorney, he can find out if you are facing any charges.
