A woman and her friends seem to have made it their life mission to ruin my businesses via slander and defamation. Can I sue?

I have never had in depth conversations with these women. I do not know what they have against my cleaning business nor do I know why they want to attack me personally. I want to know if I can bring slander and defamation charges against her and 1 or 2 of these other women who are costing me business resulting in unknown amounts of potentially lost wages.

You have not described what they are actually doing so it is impossible to say if you have a claim. If they are merely posting reviews you may not have any recourse. If you're truly concerned you need to consult with an attorney well versed in civil litigation.
