Does my lawyer receive same RFE notice as me ?
And when I send RFE documents , instead of me can my lawyer attach his copy of his RFE notice he received or it has to have my copy ?

Either copy ( yours or the attorney copy) of the RFE can be presented with the response to USCIS.

If your attorney filed a G-28 assuming your representation with USCIS, he should receive any notices on your behalf, including RFE's and has the authority to respond on your behalf.
