Served indictment not arrested
I was served n dictate papers yesterday with a court Dae of next Thursday. I wasn't arrested, however, when I go n for you court appearance next week am I going t be arrested then or am I going to have am OR BOND?

It is fairly likely that you will get a personal bond, if you show up. If you don't show up, or you show up and cause a ruckus, they will issue a warrant and set a cash bond. You should get a lawyer before you have to go to court.

Every case and every court is different. At your arraignment the judge will decide whether to release you on an OR bond, or require you to pay a bond to prevent being incarcerated. You should consider hiring an attorney prior to your arraignment to help you with this.
