I do a rent to own and my "landlord" is at my house serveral times a week harassing me about money. What can I do?

Dear Fulton Property Owner: Your contact controls your rights as a tenant/lessee/purchaser. I gather the contract provides a definite date for the rent/purchase per month, and that should be the only day of the month the landlord should come around for rent, unless the rent payment is past due, and in that situation, the landlord has a right to demand rent every day until paid. You may wish to discuss this problem with your land contract attorney.
