Do I need to get minimum revenue to sponsor H1B visa?

I have started a web development company with 3 other co-founders with an equal stake of 25%. We are currently making about 200k/year revenue and are able to pay ourselves above the minimum market wage in our area.. 3 of us are on OPT and the 4th is a GreenCard holder. We have the Greencard holder as our manager. Can our company file 3 H1B petitions for us?

Ability to pay the prevailing wages will be the main issues in start-up company's petitions. 3 would be difficult but not impossible. Get an immigration lawyer to help you.

A revenue of $200,000 may be insuffient for the prevailing wages of 3 specialty workers. Your company should request the prevailing wage for the intended job positions in the location of employment to obtain that information. Good luck to you.

You need to be able to pay the prevailing wage at least for the position offered and the position needs to be a specialty occupation for you to seek H1B visa for an employee.

Yes, after OPT expires, you will need work authorization or non immigrant work visas.
