All my documents are complete i recieved the letter on April 13th 2015. Its now July 31st 2015 and no letter from the NVC about my wifes interview date she is in Amman Jordan. Everytime i call the NVC they give me the same answer. The embassy in Amman told me the case is not there yet. What is going on its almost 4 months now. What to do??

Continue to follow up with NVC via phone or e-mail. Contact the Consulate to determine if it has received the file from NVC yet. Contact an attorney to help you. NVC is frustratingly slow, unfortunately.

You can call them. They are quite a bit overloaded. They do have a customer service number to dial.

The NVC is very slow lately - I understand your frustration! Keep trying to call them and keep asking about your case. Tell them it's been more than 60 days and the embassy still doesn't have your case. A few times I've been able to get a response via email by filling out their contact form: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/contact/ask-nvc.html You could also hire an attorney to follow-up on your behalf with NVC. I hope it's resolved soon for you!
