There are two nephews and a sister. One of the nephew is on the will as beneficiary and the sister is on as a beneficiary. The nephew who is the executor name is not on as a beneficiary. He is the oldest nephew. Does he get only the fees for being an executor or is he eligible for additional payment as well since he is one of the closest heirs to the decedent and is the oldest nephew.

Other than the statutory fees for being the executor he gets only what the will bequeaths to him.

Assuming the will disposes of all property, the property only goes to the beneficiaries. The family member who is not a beneficiary but is an executor is entitled to his fee.

As already stated the executor is only entitled to a statutory fee for his services and is not a beneficiary. At the same time, an attorney should review the will since if the beneficiaries are not listed by name but rather simply as "nephews" then the executor might be entitled to a portion of the estate as a nephew.

No and you better be careful with what you say here. You gave a lot of detailed information and the beneficiarys can trace who you are and will scrutinize your records. So be careful. I would delete the question.
