Hello, I applied for Unemployment and was denied. I filed an Appeal and the Employer did not show up for the Telephone Conference Appeal. Does that mean the Appeal decision will go in my favor? Thank you Jean

Call unemployment and ask them this question. My guess is you will receive a letter in the mail stating the status of your case.

If the employer did not show up they only heard your side. The evidence you presented still has to fall in the category that make you eligible to collect unemployment, If it does you are in great shape.
