I wanted to know if I can take legal action for this situation.

Before I have stared my current job I have work fro a company called AC Moore Warehouse at night, I have worked there for eight hours one night and four hour on the following Monday night. I have try numerous times to called these people even the hot line office even, letting them know that i will talk to lawyer , and now its been over a month now and still nothing.
