if i fill out my original petition for divorce and go to the courthouse how long will it takes for them to agree with the case? so my soon exwife can responds with a answer or a waiver... and we can fill out the final decree of divorce..and wait the 61 days..
and is there a chance for me to go back to my country and let a lawyer go to the court for me after 61 days? because my soon exwife will not go to court to finish the divorce...
we agree with everything so our case will be uncontested.

Set the case for hearing after you e served your ex.
You need to appear for prove up. Your lawyer may be able to appear without you if you do a DWQ, but that will add a lot to the cost.
If everything is as amicable as you present it---that she will agree to terms of a final decree---and she won't appear/you aren't able to appear for the final ceremonious hearing, your lawyer can accommodate that situation easily.
