I work within a business but I'm the only one that is of age to legally do signings currently. What is required to legally allow me to create legal documents for this business for signing?

Your question is way too vague and not well written. I have no idea what kind of documents you are referring and I don't think you do either. If this is a matter that involves a substantial amount of money or possible liabilities you need to consult with an attorney before you do anything.
