I am assuming that this is a misdemeanor DUI offense in Arizona. Typically the police have larger fish to fry then a misdemeanor DUI warrant from another state. It is highly unlikely that anyone will bother you about the outstanding warrant. This is to say unless you have contact with the police no one is probably coming after you on the warrant. However your driver’s license is probably suspended due to the DUI and driving in California on a suspended license for a DUI is a bad thing given the mandatory minimums. You should look into getting the FTA and Arizona DUI taken care of. Depending on the facts you may be able to get the case dismissed.
The legal answer to your question is "yes" you are subject to extradition. The practical answer is that it is unlikely that Arizona will make the effort to extradite you. However, you may face arrest on the warrant and wait in jail until CA gets the word from AZ that they are not going to come and get you.
I agree with the first answer and disagree with the second - conditioned upon the premise that your warrant is for a Misdemeanor DWI. If its a felony, then you are subject to extradition, but not for a Misdemeanor.
I would still go back and take care of it voluntarily. It will go much lighter for you if you face the music and dance, then if they pick you up somehow and you didn't expect it.
Good luck.
