I believe I have a lawsuit with a casino, and looking to see if I'm able to sue them.

Business 5 views 3 answers
A major casino in PA, gave out private information about me to someone who called asking questions about me. The casino representative told the person over the phone about me voluntarily signing myself out of the casino. This is private information and the casino is not allowed to give out information to the public. This is in violation of the Privacy Act. Bottom line, the casino broke the law, and I believe I have a case. Feel free to call me for further details.

As the casino is a public place, I am not sure you have an expectation of privacy. Also, I am not sure what you mean by "voluntarily signing myself out of the casino." I do not believe that there are damages that you can quantify.

What 'privacy act" are you referring to? If you have a case, it is not one which will make you more money than it will cost to sue.
