You need to consult an immigration attorney to get definitive answers. Keep in mind to give the best answer that fits you, the attorney needs to know what is your priority. It is not clear from your question.

Please clarify. A student can apply for asylum while he is studying. Your reference to "visa G and the two years condition" is confusing. Please see

I think you might mean the J-1 visa subject to the two year rule. If that's the case, having such status does not prevent someone from applying for asylum if they have a genuine fear of returning to their home country on account of a well founded fear of future persecution. Asylum law is extremely complex and much of the information available on online forums about asylum is misleading, incorrect, or dangerously inaccurate. The only way to get reliable information, and an analysis that is actually individually tailored to your case, is to consult privately with an immigration attorney. The nominal fee you would pay for a consultation will be well worth not making a mistake that could make you ineligible for asylum or any other US immigration benefits.

Must apply for asylum within your first year in the United States. Contact an immigration attorney for a consultation to determine the best path forward.
