Should have knowledge of real estate. All real estate is in Florida, most in Seminole County. The lawyer who has held this position for 35 years retired 6/30/2015. He is still trustee but is retired in North Carolina, and we need someone in Central Florida.

You should also consider seeing if Seminole County has a lawyer referral service which may be able to put you in touch with someone with the right qualifications. Finding someone local often helps keeps things efficient and may understand any unique challenges or requirements faced in Seminole County. In addition to an attorney with experience in real estate, also consider an attorney with an understanding of estate planning - both areas seem important to you. If they are "board certified" in those areas, that'd be a big plus. You may also want to consider consulting with a tax attorney, another specialized area of law.
