Did. Not get charged with anything. Just left case open for 6 months Then is going to dismiss it

This will not affect your cori - however remember this deal is contingent on you upholding your end of the deal ie not getting arrested or summonsed to court for a criminal related allegation during this six month time frame. Only then will the matter be dismissed
