Convicted in County Court for Domestic Battery, want to appeal in Appellate Court, what will happen to my Immigration Status?

I'm a Conditional Green Card Holder (living in US for less than 2 Years), this is my First Offence and there is No History of any other Convictions/Arrests at all. I want to appeal my County Court Domestic Battery Conviction in an Appellate Court and want to know: 1) Will ICE wait till I get a final decision from Appellate Court? or they will Detain and Deport me right away? 2) If I will be found Not Guilty by the Appellate Court, will it make me Non-Deportable for this Domestic Battery offence? or ICE will still go by the County Court Conviction? 3) If ICE Deports me before I get a final decision from Appellate Court, and later on if I'm' found Not Guilty, will it be possible for me to enter legally in USA again?

You need an immigration lawyer asap. do not count on the appellant court reversing anything.

1. Will detain and want to place you in removal proceedings right away. 2. iCE will not wait for any appeal process to go through. Domestic violence conviction is a removable offense and carries mandatory detention requirement with it. 3. Yes, assuming you are able to otherwise "remove" the conditions on your temporary green card.
