What can i do to get a restricted drivers license in Washington state if my suspension was from Oregon state

i reside in Washington and i don't qualify for the restricted drivers license because the suspension was in Oregon and i don't think i can get a hardship license in Oregon because i reside in WA. I'm in limbo and denied the rights others have on either side just over my address. Also i understand i was revoked in Oregon but it shows as suspended if indeed its suspended i should have an end date which i don't have , otherwise i got 3.5 years to go for my 10 year revoked reinstatement petition, i did some research and found a constitutional drivers license is possible but unlikely. I jumped through all the loop holes they required and stayed out of trouble for 6.5 years , I'm just trying to do the rite thing and have access to drive where its required to survive in today's world

It depends why your license is suspended. Generally, you have to resolve the suspension with the State that is holding your license. You should start by contacting Attorneys in Oregon to see if it is possible to remove the hold. You are correct, you do not have a constitutional right to a drivers license.
