It's Lexus dealership that sold me a brand new a car and took my previos car where I owed money on. They signed take over liability contract on trade in. Bank is calling me and it is affecting my credit and my cosigners credit. Lexus keeps telling me that they mailed a check to my creditor, creditor says they have not recieved anything, it's been two months now.... What can I do to get compensation from Lexus dealership?

If not, you certainly could have a claim if your reduced credit score caused you to lose out on obtaining credit or required you to pay a higher rate. Also, I know of some very good consumer law attorneys in your area. Since you have called Lexus multiple times, it now may be time to consider consulting with an experienced consumer law attorney in your area. Please note: I am a licensed attorney in California.
